Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt. does not accept returns after 5 days of you receiving it.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any MIL’KHANNIE hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
  • Hair accessories, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, panties, swimwear, vintage and bodysuits cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

International Returns

Please follow the instructions on the above to receive a RMA number for your return. You must return your items within 5 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your store credit. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing

  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
